Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
1. Time Frame:
- Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be received back to us within this time frame to be eligible.
2. Condition of Items:
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Used, damaged, or altered items will not be accepted for return or exchange.
3. Proof of Purchase:
- A valid proof of purchase, such as an invoice or receipt, is required for all returns and exchanges.
Non-Eligible Items
1. Promotional Items:
- Items purchased during sales or promotional events are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. Customized Orders:
- Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are found to be defective or damaged upon receipt.
3. Accessories:
- Accessories and non-footwear items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Process
1. Initiate a Return:

- Provide your order number, a brief explanation for the return, and whether you prefer a refund or exchange.
2. Return Shipping:
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part, such as a wrong or defective item.
3. Inspection and Refund:
- Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
- Refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 working days after the return is approved.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exchange Process
1. Initiate an Exchange:
- Contact our customer service team to request an exchange.
- Provide details of the item you wish to exchange and the new item you would like to receive.
2. Exchange Shipping:
- Ship the original item back to us following the return shipping instructions.
- We will ship the replacement item once we receive and inspect the original item.
Damaged or Defective Items

- Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately.
2. Replacement or Refund:
- We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund for the defective or incorrect item, including the return shipping costs.
Service Warranty

- We offer a 1-month service warranty for our footwear, covering manufacturing defects.
- After this period, repair services are available at a cost.
2. Warranty Exclusions:
- No warranty is provided for items purchased during sales or promotional events.
Cancellation Policy
1. Order Cancellation:
- You may cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting customer service.
- A cancellation fee of 10% of the total order value may apply if the cancellation is without a valid reason after an online payment is completed.
2. Company Rights:
- Foot Fitters HMLS reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason, including stock availability, pricing errors, or declined payments. Customers will be notified and refunded promptly in such cases.
